KUDUS – The Mansionite Hotel opened in Kudus Regency on July 28, 2026, introducing a fusion of Japanese aesthetics and modern industrial design. Located at Jalan Mejobo No. 88, the hotel features 43 rooms across four categories, a restaurant, meeting rooms, a rooftop, and a range of guest amenities.

The opening of this new property coincides with the growth of tourism and sport tourism in Kudus, which has increased demand for accommodations from out-of-town visitors attending local events. In its first weeks of operation, the Mansionite reported an average occupancy rate of 50 percent, driven largely by participants and delegations visiting for regional sports activities.

Japanese-Inspired Interior Concept

The hotel’s distinct concept sets it apart from the outset. Management has incorporated Japanese elements into guest rooms and public spaces through artwork, decor, and structural design, blending them with modern industrial accents.

Bagus Saputro, General Manager of the Mansionite Hotel Kudus, stated that the concept was chosen to offer guests a unique experience rooted in Japanese culture and philosophy. This approach extends beyond mere decoration to include the design of the beds in specific room types.

The theme is most prominent in the 14 Junior Suite rooms located on the first floor, which feature a full Japanese style. These rooms utilize platform-style beds with a tatami aesthetic, departing from the standard wooden frames found in traditional hotels, complete with authentic Japanese-inspired decor.

The Junior Suite rooms are also more spacious, designed to accommodate families, birthday celebrations, bridal showers, or couples seeking additional comfort.

In other areas of the hotel, Japanese motifs are paired with industrial design elements, with walls and interior features carefully curated to harmonize both styles.

Room Options

The 43 rooms at the Mansionite are divided into four categories: nine Superior Rooms, 16 Deluxe Rooms, four Executive Rooms, and 14 Junior Suite Rooms.

Deluxe Rooms and Executive Rooms are located on the second and third floors, while all Junior Suites are situated on the first floor. Each room category features distinct dimensions and design characteristics tailored to guest preferences.

Basic amenities provided in all rooms include beds, air conditioning, television, a small work desk, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom equipped with toiletries. Select units also offer scenic exterior views, including vistas of the surrounding rice fields.

Nightly rates are set at Rp 400,000 for a Superior Room, Rp 500,000 for a Deluxe Room, Rp 650,000 for an Executive Room, and Rp 800,000 for a Junior Suite. These rates include breakfast for two at Dimension Resto. Management also indicated that promotional pricing is available during specific periods.

Dimension Restaurant in the Rooftop Area

Beyond the guest rooms, Mansionite offers space for dining, working, and meetings. These facilities are located on the fourth floor at the Dimension Restaurant and Meeting Room.

The rooftop area features a restaurant and cafe offering both air-conditioned seating and a non-air-conditioned section that doubles as a smoking area. From this vantage point, guests can enjoy refreshments while overlooking the cityscape of Kudus.

The meeting rooms on the same floor can accommodate groups ranging from several people to 150. Management has designed the space for versatile use, including breakfast service, daytime corporate and government meetings, and leisure activities in the evening.

According to Bagus, corporate guests have been frequenting the Mansionite since its trial stay and grand opening. The influx of business travelers highlights the hotel’s versatility beyond tourism, serving as a hub for professional engagements.

Hotel Facilities Support Family Needs

The hotel has also expanded its facilities to accommodate families, including a Kids Corner play area.

The building is equipped with a lobby, a prayer room, and elevators to ensure convenient access between floors.

Parking is available for both motorcycles and cars, while guests with electric vehicles can utilize designated parking spots equipped with charging stations.

These facilities complement the hotel's guest rooms. Guests have access to public spaces for dining, meetings, worship, children's activities, and vehicle mobility throughout their stay.

Location Near City Center and Sports Facilities

The Mansionite is situated on Jalan Mejobo, conveniently close to the local government center and municipal offices. This location is a strategic factor for management, targeting visitors arriving in Kudus for business or official purposes.

The hotel is approximately 3 kilometers from the Kudus town square, while the sports complex (GOR) and Balai Jagong Park are about 2.1 kilometers away. The Supersoccer Arena Kudus is located approximately 2.5 kilometers from the hotel.

Its proximity to these facilities positions the hotel on the itinerary of guests with diverse objectives, ranging from business travelers to those visiting for sporting events.

The influx of sports-related guests has been evident since the hotel's initial operations. The hotel maintained an average occupancy rate of approximately 50 percent in its first weeks, with many guests arriving for regional sports competitions.

Mansionite began receiving guests the day after its trial stay period. Following its official opening on July 28, 2026, the first guests were recorded on July 29, 2026. Management reports that the number of guests has continued to rise since operations commenced.

According to Bagus, local sports events have had a tangible impact on the hotel business. As sport tourism activities occur, demand for rooms increases to accommodate participants and their support staff.

He noted that this economic ripple effect extends beyond the hotel sector, benefiting restaurants, tourism operators, and local MSMEs.

For Mansionite, these events have been a key component of its early market development, with sports participants joining corporate clients and other travelers as primary segments of the hotel's guest base.
